AUTO MECHANICS FUNDAMENTALS (FULL YEAR) GRADES 9‐12 This course will meet for the full year and is designed to develop knowledge of automotive design, construction and operation. Students are lead, component by component, through basic auto systems, building a sound understanding of each system and its function in the automobile. The course will be taught from a hands‐on, problem‐solving approach through the use of demonstration models and “live” automobiles.
