Exactly one year ago I was starting my own Digithy, a digital agency focused on a personal approach, with empathic understanding of customers and clients. This was a business idea I’d grown for over two years, and I tested its main concept for over five years, with different startups. It was time to get started and see how I could get to help more businesses with a specialised team and plenty of energy. I had no clue that one month later a pandemic would come, hitting all of us very hard both personally and economically. This crisis mixed all things up again, pushing everyone to think about a different solution, from a different perspective. I lost the first 2 clients I was ready to start working with, and that was just the beginning.
