COUNSELING Waynesburg’s CACREP2 accredited Counseling programs feature a Master of Arts (MAC) in Counseling in Clinical Mental Health or Addictions, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. Graduates assume leadership roles in counseling, research, education, supervision and advocacy. Our MAC Program provides all of the academic requirements needed for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), while the Ph.D. Program prepares individuals for employment as counselor educators at colleges and universities or as a leader in various counseling settings.
EDUCATION Innovative programs for today’s educators include Waynesburg’s Master of Education in Instructional Technology, Online Teaching, Curriculum and Instructional Leadership or Special Education. Waynesburg’s Master of Arts in Teaching provides a pathway to secondary teaching certification in Math, Science, History or English.
