Growing In Faith
At WU, we seek to integrate the Christian faith into every aspect of a student's experience. We provide many spiritually-driven opportunities and encourage students to join us in Christianbased activities All students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to join us at chapel worship every Tuesday at 1 pm Chapel is a non-denominational service filled with uplifting music and inspiring speakers. On Sunday nights at 8 p.m., many of our students enjoy participating in Upper Room, a student-led contemporary service. For Catholic students, a weekly Mass is held on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. in Roberts Chapel. For those who are interested in additional faithbased activities, Waynesburg University also offers numerous Bible studies in the residence halls led by students for students You can view additional information by clicking on the Faith tab on myConnect In addition, you can learn more about the opportunities during the Organization Open House or by stopping in the Center for Campus Ministry on the first floor of Stover Campus Center. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact University Chaplain Josh Sumpter at jdsumpte@waynesburg.edu.
Seeds for Success
Seeds for Success
GROW with us! Waynesburg University will offer three on-campus Seeds for Success Programs this summer that will provide students and parents with both academic and social resources This program is filled with many relational opportunities to interact with other incoming students, alumni, current students, faculty and staff members. In addition, students will have the opportunity to explore their academic major, learn about life outside of the classroom, have your student ID picture taken, submit forms, tour campus and your residence hall.
Register for one of our Seeds for Success dates: June 28, July 19 and July 22 The program runs from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm
If you are unable to attend any of the Seeds for Success sessions, please sign up for one of the Fiat Lux sessions being offered this summer using this link.

Utilizing Career Development Resources
It‘s not too early to utilize the career development resources that the Pathways Center offers at Waynesburg University. They will help you establish vocational goals for your four years at Waynesburg and continue working with you after graduation. The Career Development office is a great place to explore career interests and skills, develop a resume and cover letter, seek work-study employment, learn about potential internship opportunities and request job search assistance In addition, students can connect with employers and explore job and internship opportunities through Handshake, available through myConnect. If you have career development and work-study questions, please email Sarah Bell at sbell@waynesburg.edu.
Disability Services
The Disability Services Office (DSO) within the Pathways Center arranges reasonable academic, residential, and dining accommodations for WU students with documented disabilities. If you had an IEP or 504 plan in high school or have a medical or mental health need that may impact your Waynesburg University experience, check out the DSO website to learn more about services or contact DSO Coordinator Sarah Feldberg at dso@waynesburg.edu or 724-852-7727 for further information
While students can request accommodations at any point, establishing them the summer before the first year at WU is highly recommended!
