ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

To be considered for admission as a transfer student at Waynesburg University, students should have completed 12 credit hours of nonremedial coursework at (an) accredited institution(s) and have successfully completed high school or obtained a GED. Transfer applicants must be eligible to re-enroll at all prior institutions. Students with less than 12 completed credit hours should refer to our Freshman Admission process.

Students interested in transferring to Waynesburg University must submit:

• Transfer Application for Admission

• Transfer Student Clearance Form

• Official high school transcript or copy of GED, if transferring 12 or less credits.

• Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended

The Admissions Committee may require additional information from applicants and reserves the right to recalculate a student’s GPA based on all institutions attended. Specified degree programs may require standard cumulative grade point averages in order to be admitted into that program of study (e.g. Nursing).
