Haze & Glory took it’s first breath in summer 2014 and was created by 3 buddies: international fashion model Andre Hamann and designers and boutique owners Rik Fiddicke and Kim Krismann. Their mission is simple: they want to bring you high end vintage inspired premium garments at an affordable price without exploiting people. They want to revive time consuming hand-made artisanal techniques. They want to evolve and experiment. Then, it turned out it was not so simple. They had to re-invent and twist the classical way the fashion industry operates to create a bit more balance and fairness. They use a vertical business model and sell tightly curated collections straight to you, online only through the website. Not hundreds of products, just fewer, but better things.
They pride theirselves in taking the time and energy to perfect each and every piece while guaranteeing fair and respectful production. It’s not rocket science: by cutting out all middle men such as agents, distributors, tradeshows and retail stores they can remove unneccessary mark-ups, pay higher wages and afford higher production costs in our production country and still sell luxurious rugged fashion items at a normal price to you. So they shift the money from retail stores and agents to their production. Like this they can
produce small quantities and offer these limited edition items at a smaller price. The inefficiency of the fashion industry’s supply chain is paid for by the workers in developing countries and by you. They produce all garments on Bali in their own workshop where they work alongside each other as a team and they can control who is really working on their products. That way, they can produce high quality products at a competitive price that are produced in a fair way.

They are a handmade Surf Sock Company based in Bali, Indonesia since January 2015. Local manufacturers make all designs and production in Bali. Roses des Vents is the result of beautiful help from their closest friends (tailors, designers, photographers, and yes their friends) bringing their talent, smiles and support. They are surfers, travelers, but most of all lovers of the sea. They follow the wind and look for waves, follow the flow by finding their own balance in life. They decided to specialise in day use surfboards socks, for transportation to and from the beach to keep them safe from dings. When loading up after a surf session, the sock will prevent from water, salt, wax and sand to damage your car or inside home and protect your board from dings and scratches. The board bags are mostly made to make your surfboard look good and safe when out of the water.
