Barre Barre (bahr) Fitness combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga to give you beautiful sculpted, lean muscles, without the impact and injuries a dancer may endure. An intense isometric strength-training, low-impact class, focusing on balance, lengthening and strengthening core, glutes, and all other major muscle groups. NO Dance Experience Required! Anyone can do it! A 60-minute class starts with a warm up, upper-body light-weight series, barre series, and concludes with mat work (core, push ups, planks, stretch). The barre is used for balance.
