Participant Eligibility:

*No Camp Monday, May 29th & Tuesday, July 4th

In order to be eligible to participate in the WCPR Summer Camp Program, participants MUST be able to function in a high-paced group setting without individualized attention (1 staff person for every 10 children ratio) and they MUST be able to understand and comply with the behavioral rules and regulations. Parents MUST live or work in Williamson County for their children to be eligible to participate in the Summer Camp program.

*Children MUST be 6 years old by September 30, 2017 And CANNOT be 13 years old before May 30, 2017.

At the time of Registration, you must pay the Registration Fee & 5 days of camp per child. Registration Fee is nonrefundable.

Financial Assistance & In-Person Registration

Online registration is NOT available for Financial Aid applicants. Persons interested in financial assistance, must first fill out the Financial Assistance Application available online and submit it for approval, along with the required documents. Deadline for Financial Assistance applications is Friday, April 28th. Once approved, you must call to set up an appointment to come in person and complete your registration for the week of May 1st-5th OR May 8th-12th, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. Also, persons unable to register online may also call to set up an appointment to come in May 1st-5th OR May 8th-12th, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm to register. CAMP WILL 2017 Camp Will is a specialized therapeutic summer day camp for children, adolescents and young adults (ages 6 through 23 years) with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to build confidence and self-esteem, enhance social skills, foster independence and provide a fun-filled summer through various activities. Campers must be a resident of Williamson County. New campers: An assessment must be completed by a parent/legal guardian prior to registration. Campers must also be present during the assessment. J.E.A.P’s Summer Activities for Teens (Junior Excursion Adventure Programs)

The Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department will be offering adventure programs for teens ages 11 to 15 years old. This program will offer day trips that are more adventurous for your child to participate in during the summer months. All trips will depart from the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd., Franklin, TN 37064. PRE-REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED; SPACE IS LIMITED! Brain Builders - Lego® Robotics Build and program LEGO® Mindstorm NXT robots while learning how each of the sensors work. Design your own program using the NXT Brain and NXT software. Learn how to transfer data to the Brain. Upgrade your autonomous robot delivering a good understanding of how all aspects of the Mindstorm system work.
