Persons insterested in financial assistance, must first fill out the Financial Assistance Application available online and submit it for approval, along with the required documents. The deadline for Financial Assistance applications is April 27. Once approved, you must call to set up an appointment to come in person and complete your registration for the week of April 30 to May 4 or May 7 to 11, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Also, persons unable to register online may also call to set up an appointment to come in during the in-person registration dates. Participant Eligibility: In order to be eligible to participate in the WCPR Summer Camp Program, participants MUST be able to function in a high-paced group setting without individualized attention (one staff person for every ten children ratio) and they MUST be able to understand and comply with the behavioral rules and regulations. Parents MUST live or work in Williamson County for their children to be eligible to participate in the Summer Camp program. 3
2018 Camp Will is a specialized therapeutic day camp for children, adolescents and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Please note: Weeks will be confirmed at the end of online registration. If some weeks become full, parents will have the option to be put on a waiting list for those weeks.

A $25 non-refundable fee will be due at the end of the transaction. Payment must be credit or debit card only (A small nonrefundable processing fee is collected for all transactions).

Beat the impending “I’m Bored!” by signing your kids up for one or more of WCPR’s Daytime Field Trips. This year we have doubled the number of field trips offered after the success of last years program. Fun activities to keep them busy all day long without the commitment to a week long camp program. Trips will be supervised by WCPR Staff and transportation will be provided by Williamson County school buses.
Age Requirements: 6 - 15 years of age
Times: Childcare available 7:30am to 5:30pm Trip departure and return times vary (see trip schedule).

Smart Kids 101 Smart Kids 101 is a nationally recognized kids’ life skills training program which is based in the middle Tennessee area. Chess Camp This Camp will focus on learning the basics of chess and life skills taught through Chess. Students will learn tactics and strategies for improving their game and an overview of the 1400 year old history of Chess.
