Group Fitness Information & Policies • Group Fitness Classes ARE NOT included in the Facility Passes – they must be paid for separately. • Participants can choose to either pay a walk-in fee, per visit or purchase monthly or yearly Group Fitness Passes. • Passes are good for admission to all Aerobics classes and Indoor Cycling classes (provided you scan your pass and collect a bike tag from the front desk for Indoor Cycling classes). • Passes are interchangeable between the Franklin Recreation Complex, the Longview Recreation Center, the Indoor Sports Complex, the Nolensville Recreation Complex and the Fairview Recreation Complex. Once a pass has been purchased, it is valid at any of these 5 facilities. • User is entitled to general admission to the Franklin Recreation Complex, the Longview Recreation Center, the Indoor Sports Complex, the Fairview Recreation Complex, and Nolensville Recreation Complex to use ONLY the indoor facilities. It DOES NOT include admission to outdoor pools or any other

programs. It DOES NOT include admission for family members, but for the pass holder only. Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 13 may participate or be in the room while Group Fitness classes are in session. Anyone ages 13 – 17 must have a parent/guardian sign a liability release waiver prior to participation; available at front desk. Patrons should wear comfortable and appropriate work-out clothing while participating in class. Patrons are permitted to bring water bottles, towels, etc. into the Group Fitness Rooms. The public is NOT permitted to use either of the Group Fitness Rooms and/ or the equipment when a class is not in session and/ or an instructor is not present in the room. Doors should be kept locked by Facility Managers when classes are not in session.

Racquetball Court Reservations • All court reservations can be made by phone or in person. • Reservations can be made two days in advance. For example, to make a reservation for a Wednesday, you may call as early as Monday morning, at 5:00am. • Cost for a court reservation is $4.00 per hour. • Regular facility admission fees still apply (annual pass/visit pass/daily admission). • Persons wishing to reserve a racquetball court will be allowed to reserve either court at any time within the 48 hour window, if a court is available.

Accepted Forms of Payment Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department facilities accept the following forms of payment, with the noted exceptions: CASH CHECKS – Checks under $12.00 cannot be accepted for general admission. Checks are not accepted at the outdoor pools. There is a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks!

Attention Patrons Please do not leave personal belongings unattended in the facility i.e. gym, wellness centers, etc. Patrons are encouraged to utilize the FREE locker service located at the front desk to secure valuables. If you choose to use a locker in the locker room,

Sitting Service For Children Ages 6 Weeks Old to 9 Years Old
The Sitting Service Program is a “casual care” service and is NOT a state licensed day care. The service is free to parents/legal guardians only, who are utilizing the recreation facilities and amenities. Due to limited participation numbers established by state regulations, we offer this program to our patrons as a limited time sitting service, available on a first come, first served basis. No reservations will be taken and you may not hold spots for others. This is not a guaranteed service to all patrons and facility pass holders. Winter Indoor Tennis League Lottery on August 29th
Mark your calendars... We will conduct this year’s Winter Indoor Tennis League Lottery on Saturday, August 29th. The daytime league lottery will be at 9:00am and the evening league lottery will be at 11am at the Franklin Recreation Center. Open Activites We invite you all to drop in for “Open Activites” in the Senior Room at Nolensville. Here, you will have the free time and space to use at your leisure whether it be cards, knitting, or time to chat with your friends. The senior room will be open from 9:00am until 11:00am on Wednesday mornings at no cost to you. You will have access to some of our games such as Rook, playing cards, puzzles and more but we encourage you to bring in your own games or itmes you wish to do while you are here. Nashville Homes of the Stars Tour Enjoy a few hours of sightseeing tour through the neightborhoods of country music greats and famous Nashvillians that call Music City USA their home. While on this tour, you will see homes of Taylor Swift, Toby Keith, Kid Rock, Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Dunn, Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood, Dierks Bently, Caleb & Jared Followill of the Kings of Leon, Charles Kelly & Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum, Julianne Hough of Dancing with the Stars, Lori Ann Crook of Crook & Chase, Janis Ian, Martina McBride, Jack White, Ronnie Milsap and more. Arrington Vineyards Picnic Join us for a relaxing picnic lunch at Arrington Vineyards. Arrington Vineyards sits on the beautiful hills of Arrington, TN. Their gorgeous 75 acre property includes 16 acres of vineyards planted with Chambourcin, Vidal Blanc, Viognier, Traminette and Vignoles. The moment you drive through the gates at Arrington Vineyards you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to the rolling hillsides of Napa or Sonoma Valley. Arrington is an excellent place to come and forget about the everyday while you focus on the scenic beauty of our hills and vineyards. There is an outdoor bistro and picnic tables available for lunch or you can feel free to bring your own picnic blanket or lawnchair. A boxed lunch will be provided by HoneyBaked Ham. You will get to select the sandwich of your choice when you register for the trip. You are welcome to purchase wine or participate in a wine tasting (this cost is on your own). Games Galore Come out this August and play Group Name that Tune. It’s our twist on a fun game show. Test your knowledge of the music you hear all the time and some oldies too. Fitness Fun Come join us and get fit and have fun at the same time. We begin with stretching by using exercises and resistance bands then transition into strengthening with light hand weights and stability balls. We complete our workout with a 30 minute walk. Please be aware that we walk outside on the walking trail when weather permits and upstairs on the indoor walking track during colder or rainy weather. Bowling Meet us at Franklin Family Entertainment Center for a fun afternoon of Bowling. Due to staffing, one to one assistance is not available for this activity.
