INTRO About us Founded in Bristol in 2012 and operating as a photography agency since late 2015, Here & Now provide photographers that deliver high-quality coverage of electronic music events and festivals around the UK and Europe, as well as expanding into video this year.
Visions We believe photography is an essential aspect of the overall branding strategy and representation of an event. In order to provide a candid narrative of an event we aim to capture it in a true reportage style. Photographers are encouraged to work in an unobtrusive manner, keeping a low profile both in the crowd and on stage. This preserves the natural magic of the atmosphere at the event allowing moments to be captured from the viewpoint of the attendee.
Aspirations As a team, we have proven our abilities in capturing natural, fun and immersive moments at events such as Elrow and Chapter XII, that have provided our clients with varied high quality marketing assets and engaging memories for the attendees. We will be utilising this at events around the UK and Europe over the upcoming summer months.

Critique Eastern Electrics has been another regular date on our festival calendar, with events at various sites over the years providing us with colourful moments to capture while retaining the edginess of a leading electronic music festival. The coverage for this event successfully captured the energy and fun that is rife at this festival. Bright and colourful crowd candids played against edgy and cool artist hero shots, with special attention made to more vibrant areas of the site such as the Tropical Tea Party stage. Some subsidiary content such as hospitality and walkabouts were not covered as adequately, but this can be improved with a tighter shooting schedule. One major criticism was that the editing style was too similar to other events we had covered previously in the summer which we aim to address this year.
EASTERN ELECTRICS FESTIVAL 2017 Vibrant. Ibiza. Friends. Mischief. Tropical. Frolic. Shooting style Our interpretation of Eastern Electrics is that it is an edgy, urban and musically rich festival with a tropical twist. We will focus on the light hearted nature of the festival, and actively look for moments of mischief, while also retaining the stylised hero shots that give the festival its techno credibility. We aim to differentiate our coverage from other events by focussing on individuals and groups in effort to inject humour into our imagery, while working with a colour grading that is unique for Eastern Electrics and puts emphasis on the colourful and sunny nature of the event.
