The first 2014 auction of Interiors: Antiques and Decorative Arts offers an exciting mix of top-quality antiques with rare collectables and a wonder of interior design treats. Highlights include a rare Rajasthani ivory chess set from the 1860s, an early 20th-century Black Forest carved bear long-case clock, a collection of taxidermy and a 19thcentury rhinoceros horn. Also offered

are early English porcelain tea sets, including Caughley and Worcester, and a good selection of decorative Oriental antiques including porcelain, jade, rank badges and a spectacular Canton famille rose punch-bowl. In addition, there is an interesting collection of early20th-century British pub and royalty memorabilia as well as the usual quality selection of Persian rugs,

lighting, sterling-silver tableware, clocks, and English and French oak and mahogany furniture.
