The ALPE CIMBRA - in other words the Folgaria, Lavarone and Lusérn area, with several smaller outlying villages - has for thousands of years been a borderland, and still bears the signs of its past, from Germanic-Cimbrian colonisation through to World War I and the Cold War. Museums, exhibitions, ancient masi, or farmsteads, authentic traditions to experience in their native setting among the open and generous inhabitants of the area, together with a huge range of sports activities, such as ski mountaineering, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding and so much more, all amid unspoiled nature.

Camminare...semplicemente o con l’aiuto delle ciaspole per uscire dai soliti sentieri. Lo snowshoeing, trekking con le ciaspole, è uno sport alla portata di tutti da soli o in compagnia. Si possono seguire percorsi segnati o uscire con le guide alpine in gruppo. Meravigliose sono le uscite notturne, tra i boschi silenziosi al chiaro di luna, facendo tappa in uno dei tanti rifugi e malghe che si incontrano sul percorso per una cena o uno spuntino.
Lusérn in inverno è il paradiso delle ciaspole. Da provare il Sentiero dell’Immaginario sull’ ALPE di Lusérn, un percorso storico-naturalistico che suscita emozioni e forti sensazioni. Si sviluppa per 7 km tra gli ampi pascoli ed un folto bosco di abete di cimbrica memoria. Da scoprire anche il Sentiero dalle Storie alla Storia con le sagome e le sculture. Incantevoli percorsi si estendono fino a Cima Vezzena con panorami indimenticabili.
Walk... on foot or with the help of snowshoes to leave those familiar paths. Snowshoeing is something everyone can try, alone or in company. Follow the marked trails or strike out in a group accompanied by Alpine guides. The night-time outings are wonderful, through silent woods in the moonlight, stopping off at one of the many refuges or traditional malghe, or alpine dairies, along the way for dinner or a snack.
SNOWSHOEING IN LUSÉRN Lusérn in winter is a snowshoeing paradise. Exciting and memorable, the Trail of the Imagination on the ALPE di Lusérn is simply unmissable, leading as it does through history and nature. It runs 7 km through open meadows and a thick fir forest stretching back to Cimbrian times. The Trail From Stories to History, with its silhouettes and sculptures, is also waiting to be discovered: enchanting trails leading up to the Cima Vezzena and unforgettable views.
