Harper Adams had a delivery of 30 computers and were expecting another 80 to be delivered the following week. The waste issue arose from the high volumes of packaging surrounding the computers, not one of their usual waste streams. Through the members only online forum, the Recycling Officer at Harper Adams posted the query to other members for help to avoid this waste going to landfill. Soon enough a response was posted from fellow member Ricoh have an EPS densifier which they could use to process this material at their Recycling Centre onsite
