Nguy Ha is the agency’s native Hanoian. She is a communications specialist who has close and healthy relationships with the media and extensive networks. She has worked with United Nations Agencies and as a travel correspondent for the Vietnam Nation newspaper. She is also a freelance writer and photographer for newspapers and magazines and a public relations consultant.

JC Smith has almost a decade of experience in Vietnam’s English language media. He was managing editor for the weekly Vietnam Nation newspaper and monthly East&West magazine, and is and content editor for the English language online edition of Dan Tri. He specialises in editorial content, creative consultancy, art direction, publication development and events. Prior to his time in Vietnam, JC worked in London with clients such as Liberty, War on Want, the Greater London Authority and The Mayor of London.

Ian Paynton Managing Director

From the London 2012 Olympic Games to the British Army, Ian has helped create and market magazines for some of the biggest brands in the UK. Before managing the Official Olympic Games publications at London 2012, he was Deputy Editor in Chief for Word Vietnam magazine and created content for The Independent and Guardian newspapers. He also talked to over 1.5 million people with the viral online music video OiGioiOi. Now, with a deep knowledge of publishing for clients, he is helping We Create to bring content marketing to brands in Vietnam.
