Country Club Lane with its varied architecture offered a unique opportunity to blend styles of old and new. With a nod to the architectural heritage of old English vernacular architecture with its symmetry and turned gables, the style was lightened with the introduction of soaring glass & high ceilings… Flooding the home on all four sides with sunlight and ushering in a more modern and stylish architectural future. The site’s unique shape and generous size allowed site planning and architectural design to be centered on the concept of infusing maximum sunlight by opening up the floor plan on all four sides and blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Floor plan combined with a quiet monochromatic color scheme, layered with varying textures and natural materials all work together to create a look reminiscent of a luxury boutique hotel.
