LINDENGATE
Lindengate Mental Health Charity
Take your daily exercise at Lindengate in Spring
As the days become longer and the ground starts to warm up, our team have been busy getting our 5 acre gardens ready for the changing season, as Lindengate stirs from its Winter slumber.
It is important that you continue to look after yourself, taking regular breaks from working from home, home schooling, or as a key or essential worker. Getting enough sleep, eating well and taking regular exercise outside will all contribute to your physical and mental wellbeing.
•We are open Mondays 9am–12pm, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays 1pm–3pm for free drop-ins, giving you time and space to “be” in a calm, safe environment, whilst relaxing in beautiful natural surroundings. •Regular exercise has been proven to fight fatigue and boost energy levels, so drop in to Lindengate, where you will be able to take time for yourself in our therapeutic gardens and wildlife haven. •Bring someone from your household or support bubble, or meet a friend safely as part of your regular exercise routine. •Whether you are a key worker, or home schooling, we have space for you to bring supervised children and plenty of sheltered quiet areas for those seeking peace and a safe space.
Lindengate is a well known mental health charity near Wendover. Come and see what we have been up to, including getting our kitchen gardens ready for the coming season and preparing the land on our new Heritage Orchard site. Our resident ducks have also been putting the finishing touches to their nests on our pond. Take a look at our website for more information. www.lindengate.org.uk
