Big Garden Birdwatch

29-31 January

Valentine Letters

In time for Sunday 14 February

Back in the warm weather lockdown, and the August print edition of Wendover News, our Young People showed us how to cherish the isolated developing their rusty or unknown letter-writing skills, see the Words section of https://wendovernews.co.uk/ news/carryusthrough/. Before Christmas, they, along with others, revived the tradition of sending physical cards to their correspondents. Now we all have a chance to join in by considering which of our friends and relations might enjoy a Valentine Letter. This does not have to be a syrupy romantic letter but could bring joy to someone who is locked down at this gloomy time of year by discussing topics of mutual interest. For some people a telephone call would work, too.
