Aston Clinton Colts Under 11’s return to play with a new sponsor and new kit

With grassroots football finally back to field post-lockdown, Aston Clinton Colts Under 11’s team have returned to play with a smart new kit thanks to a new local sponsor.

The Aston Clinton Colts Junior Football Club received a new playing kit for its Under 11’s, sponsored by Raynor Wealth Management. Owner, Nick Raynor, is a local financial adviser from Aston Clinton and a proud dad of one of the junior players - Oliver Raynor.

The new kit had its first outing on Sunday, April 11th in a match which saw Aston Clinton Colts start a return to football in fine fashion with a well-deserved victory.

Aston Clinton Colts Club Secretary, Di Waller said: “We’re thrilled to see our Under 11’s back on the pitch. The lockdown restrictions have been tough on everyone. Grassroots football plays an important role not only in the wellbeing and development of our young players but also in bringing people from our local community together. We are grateful to Nick at Raynor Wealth Management for his generous donation.”

Established in 1983, Aston Clinton Colts Junior Football club is open to boys and girls aged between five and seventeen and is affiliated to the Berks and Bucks FA. Training sessions are held most Saturday mornings 10 am - 11.30 am at Aston Park, Aston Clinton and at Weston Playing fields, Weston Turville.
