Wendover foodbank donation week

Monday 27 March - Sunday 2 April 2023

During the last three years, Wendover Youth Centre, Churches Together in Wendover and Wendover Parish Council have worked jointly with the Wendover Foodbank to organise six foodbank donation weeks. The whole community has donated an amazing 3000kg over this time period.

Wendover is part of the Chiltern Foodbank Network, supported by the Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Nobody in our community should have to face going hungry. If you know of an individual or family in need of support, please contact John Shaw, our local coordinator, on 07899 964037. The Wendover Foodbank serves Wendover and the surrounding areas including, Halton, Weston Turville, Aston Clinton and Stoke Mandeville.

During this donation week we encourage Wendover and the surrounding community to donate items. Any donation is extremely appreciated and will go towards creating a box for an individual or family who needs it.
