Welcome to July

This months magazines are packed with events from the Roman Theatre Festival, the Comedy Garden, Childwickbury Arts Fair, the IOFesitval and the Hitchin Festival to Todd in the Hole, NGS Open Gardens, Open Air Cinema and lots more. While it’s been hot we’ve seen lots of dogs out in the sun, so we’d just like to remind everyone to only take your furry friends out when the pavements are cool enough for their paws. And as always, we’ve included a selection of local businesses from Bathing Mobility to Windows and Doors. If you’re interested in advertising, we’d love to hear from you. The magazines are monthly and if you don’t have a copy handy, you can always find them on Twitter, Facebook or our website.

Lots to Shout About

To celebrate our re-opening, we’re offering

15% off weight loss programs for bookings taken before 31st July

During lockdown we have been working hard to improve our website by adding a new online store, where you can easily purchase food intolerance testing kits, books, and our own handmade body products. As part of our holistic approach to weight loss and general wellbeing, we believe in the importance of taking time out to pamper yourself. The products are all natural, vegan and aimed at relaxation. Our ‘Sleep’ box also makes a lovely gift, containing products to help promote sleep, including an information leaflet. We hope to be adding more items over the next few months. We are also excited to announce the addition of our new recipe book. Having listened to what our clients say, the book includes easy recipes, many of which are quick to prepare and suitable for freezing. They are economical, great for families, anyone watching their weight, and many are vegan. Each recipe shows: calories, preparation time, cooking time and cost per portion to help with meal planning. The book can be purchased directly from the store on our website or by messaging us on our Facebook page.
