Disk in seedbeds and incorporate chemicals with confidence. The 225 Offset Disk is well-suited for light primary tillage, chemical incorporation, seedbed preparation, orchards, groves, vineyards, tobacco, cotton and vegetables. The one-piece welded mainframe provides reliable strength, while the hitch can be set to meet any of your disking needs. A new design adds 7 percent more weight per disk, which prevents movement. The choice of disk blades lets you match the disk to the job. The disks feature self-aligning maintenance-free bearings with a high-density polymer that allows work in aggressive tillage conditions. With 9-inch (22.9-cm) blade spacing the 225 Disk is ideal for disking in seedbeds as well as incorporation work in rowcrop and stubble fields.
General-purpose disking, deeper disking and primary tillage with one offset disk. The 425 Offset Disk can do it all. The 425 is available with 9-in (22.9-cm) spacing for general-purpose disking or 11-in. (27.9-cm) spacing for deeper disking and primary tillage. Horsepower requirements vary from 6-hp-ft (4.4 kw/m) to 9.5 hp-ft (6.9 kw/m), depending on soils. Light, sandy soil and rolling terrain exhibit the heaviest draft; while hard, packed soils cause shallow penetration and exhibit the lightest draft. The one-piece welded mainframe provides reliable strength, while the hitch can be set to meet any of your disking needs. The disks feature self-aligning maintenance-free bearings with a high-density polymer that allows work in aggressive tillage conditions. The choice of disk blades lets you match the disk to the job. The 425 is well-suited for orchards, vineyards, tobacco, cotton, vegetables, seedbed preparation, chemical incorporation and medium-to-heavy primary tillage.
Say goodbye to center ridges and valleys. The 670 Offset Disk is a rigid-frame disk with a single-offset design that allows for a complete cut without a center ridge or valley. A conveniently located single-point depth control provides an infinite range of depths. The 670 uses straight cast standards to help deal with in-field obstacles. Self-aligning maintenance-free bearings with a high-density polymer protect seals from wire and twine. Combination or rigid scrapers are available for a variety of soil conditions. The scrapers clean the surface of the disks in any field condition, avoiding excessive material on the disks causing jams. The blades of the scrapers are made of boron steel, improving wear resistance and increasing the lifetime of the disk by 60%.
Promote root growth. The John Deere 22B Integral Ripper shatters hardpan by exploding soil upward to promote root growth. The single parabolic standard ripper provides an economic option to break up hardpan soils, with a curved standard less likely to slice through marginally moist soils than a straight standard. The 22B features regular and capped ripper points, LaserRip™ Extreme points, a mole ball to make a tunnel drainage system and a heavy-duty knife. FRONTIER Compact Tools

The CP11 and CP15 Series Cultipackers are perfect for incorporating seed and pulverizing dirt clods to create an even, smooth seedbed. The wide range of offset disks and harrows can renovate a pasture, incorporate heavy residue or fill any other disking needs you may have. The RC13 Series and RC2210 rowcrop rotary tillers are built sturdy for dependable use. Their heat-treated steel tines mulch through thick residue and create the ideal soil texture for planting.
The VT17 Series Vertical Tillage Tools lets you size and incorporate residue in the fall or prepare a smooth seedbed in the spring.
Frontier Disks are built to handle a variety of unpredictable soil conditions. Break up hard, fallow ground with Frontier Heavy Offset Disks. The large, heavy-duty blades on rugged, reinforced frames provide ground-breaking force, penetration and high load absorption to withstand punishing tillage jobs. Frontier Tandem Disks feature large blades, deep penetration and heavy-duty frames.
