Let’s Explore Food Labels Ages 18+. It starts with food – real food. Sorting through the information on a food label can be overwhelming. Many of us learned in school to read for the quantities of nutrients in the foods you eat, but today, it’s important to look at the quality of the foods you eat as well. In this workshop, we’ll take a fresh look at how to read food labels, what to look for, and what to avoid. $17 1 class WTO Main Th 6 - 7:30 p.m. April 12 2182.319 Th 6 - 7:30 p.m. May 10 2182.320

Let’s talk about depression, Anxiety, and Stress Ages 18+. Depression, anxiety, and stress disorders seem to be haunting many of our family members and friends. Perhaps you suspect that one of these conditions are affecting you. When is a bad day just a bad day? Isn’t stress and anxiety normal and unavoidable? Are medications really the only solutions to these challenges? Through three engaging workshops, we’ll explore depression, anxiety, and stress and identify effective strategies for achieving wholesome mental health. $17 1 class/$37 for the series WTO Main Depression Basics Th 6 - 8 p.m. March 15 2182.321 Identifying and Confronting Anxiety Th 6 - 8 p.m. March 22 2182.322 Stopping Stress from Swallowing You Th 6 - 8 p.m. March 29 2182.323

Demystifying Your Blood Test Results Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Blood Sugar…… all these numbers. What do the really mean? Most of us have been encouraged to have our blood screened at regular intervals to check for potential health concerns. Often when the results come in, our doctor tells us things look good, something is high or perhaps low. What does that really mean? This workshop will help you to better understand what these numbers mean, what “normal” levels are, and how you can maintain or improve your results. GRAND JUNCTION DERBY & ROCK THE JUNCTION MAY 19 | DOWNTOWN WESTFIELD This year, the Grand Junction Derby and Rock the Junction will join forces! Join us for great racing, craft beer, local food trucks, and a music festival.

10 YEARS

2008

2018

Grand Junction Derby is here for it’s 10th year! Join us at the track for a great day of soapbox racing. Cheer on local children, families, businesses, and non-profits as they race their hand-built derby cars in a bracketed heat. The oneday track features a gravity powered start via two large flat-beds. Drivers are encouraged to wear costumes to match their car’s theme. In addition to crowning a Creative Class Winner and a Stock Class Winner, all participating cars are eligible to win the People’s Choice Award.

Rock the Junction is an event that will feature approximately 20+ Indiana breweries, showcasing some of the state’s best craft beer offerings. In addition, multiple bands will return to the big stage for the true music-fest format. Be sure to bring your appetite, as a number of well-known local food trucks will be in attendance. A significant portion of the ticket proceeds from Rock the Junction will continue to help fund the Grand Junction Brewing Co. Scholarship Fund.
