TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE Mission Statement
Educate. Advocate. Collaborate. We will provide superior, reliable municipal services for the benefit of our citizens. We aim to be good stewards of both public resources and our natural environment as we embrace our heritage and yet recognize and act on opportunities to enhance the future quality of life in our community.
Vision Statement
We aspire to be a customer-centered organization through innovation and sustainability.
How does nature make you feel? Summer is just around the corner and we are looking forward to seeing you at MacGregor Park. We love seeing all of the beautiful photos that our visitors share with us on a regular basis. One of the great things about nature photos is it allows us to freeze time and capture a moment that you’ll enjoy forever. The best thing about spectacular nature images are they grab our attention, draw us in and make us feel like we are stepping into the scene. When I see an image of a nature setting, I stop and take a moment to reflect and appreciate it. Nature photos almost immediately boost my mood. We have a natural desire to connect with nature. Researchers noted that simply staring at an image of natural scenery for 40 seconds was enough to trigger the brain into a more relaxed state. So next time you see nature that inspires you, take a picture. Thank you to the community members that sent in photos of MacGregor Park for our cover photo contest. When visiting MacGregor Park, please be sure to take pictures and post them on our Facebook page @MacGregorParkWestfield.
