How is this guarantee different from the old guarantee? West Paw truly believes in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. From our Zogoflex® dog toys to our handcrafted beds and plush toys, West Paw confidently stands behind our craftsmanship. Previously our guarantee only applied to our Zogoflex toys and pet beds. Now we are happy to announce we offer a guarantee on 100% of our products. Simply put: If your customer is unhappy with the performance of our products, we will make it right by either replacing or refunding the customer’s purchase(s) one time per toy shape. What does this guarantee mean for me and my store? We want you to have as much confidence in selling our products as we have confidence in the quality of products we make. That is why West Paw’s guarantee can be used as a great selling tool for you and give your customers the confidence to buy West Paw’s products. The goal of our guarantee is to ensure our customers and their dogs are happy, and that dogs have the right toy for their chewing, playing and resting behaviors.

Dog’s Best Friend

Some things to note: The guarantee is limited to a one-time per product replacement per household. Can I offer to take care of the replacement for my customer? Yes. You may honor our product guarantee for your customer on behalf of West Paw. All we ask is you recommend a replacement product that is better suited for the customer’s dog chewing and playing behavior. For example, if your customer brings back a chewed up Tizzi toy, please encourage them to try a tough chew toy like a Tux. How do I get credit for taking care of a customer return? If you choose to honor the guarantee for your customer, please email westpaw@westpaw.com or call us at 1-800-443-5567 and let us know two things: 1. What was returned 2.
