Simply put: If your customer is unhappy with the performance of our products, we will make it right by either replacing or refunding the customer’s purchase(s) one time per toy shape. What does this guarantee mean for me and my store? We want you to have as much confidence in selling our products as we have confidence in the quality of products we make. That is why West Paw’s guarantee can be used as a great selling tool for you and give your customers the confidence to buy West Paw’s products. The goal of our guarantee is to ensure our customers and their dogs are happy, and that dogs have the right toy for their chewing, playing and resting behaviors.
