Here are a few handy ways to get some help when you have questions about using TiVo: 1. Use the TiVo service help screens on your TiVo DVR. For general troubleshooting with the classic TiVo Experience, go to the TiVo Central screen and select Settings & Messages, then choose Help and then Troubleshooting. For general troubleshooting with the newer TiVo Experience, from the Home screen, use the left arrow button on your remote to highlight the Menu icon, select Help, and then Tips & Troubleshooting. 2. Get how-to information online. You’ll always find the latest information about your TiVo equipment online at Midco.com/TiVoSupport or TiVo.com/HowTo. 3. Contact Customer Support.
