Welcome www.whatsoncornwall.co.uk
Spring has sprung and changes are afoot here at WoC HQ! We have been absorbed into Cornwall Arts Centre Trust (ACT), one of Cornwall’s key creative industries organisations, and are now part of the big happy family here at Krowji in Redruth. Excitingly, we are planning to rebuild the What’s on Cornwall website and are now able to offer online advertising; see page 29 for more on that. We also promise to make our event submission form a little less complicated to use! I’m pleased to announce that the National Trust in Cornwall have joined us as partners, as well as Heartlands and Mount Pleasant Eco Park. With so many partners, in addition to our other regular advertisers, guides are filling up for the whole year ahead. If you are planning an event do get in touch as soon as you can. Happy Easter! Rachel

HANGLOOSE@EDEN THIS EASTER
March
Easter 2015 will see some of the country’s most extreme adrenaline activities officially become part of a new and exciting adventure centre, based on the perimeter of The Eden Project. Hangloose Adventure will launch their pioneer site, Hangloose@Eden, on 28th March, and celebrate its official opening by unveiling a brand new dare devil attraction called ‘The Drop’. A purpose built 16m tower, ‘The Drop’ features both a 10m airbag jump for you to show off your Hollywood style stuntman skills, and a 15m Quick Jump which simulates free-fall. Already home to SkyWire, England’s longest zip-wire, and Gravity: The Giant Swing, Hangloose@Eden is a supersized playground for adventurers from 8 to 80. So whether you’re looking for your next adrenaline fix or some family fun, the only place you should be hanging out this Easter is Hangloose!
