No matter what age it is great to practice a healthy and active lifestyle. Miss Meghan puts a spotlight on teamwork, integrity, good sportsmanship, accountability, and kids supporting kids through these sports programs. Promoting confidence at every level and encouraging appropriate challenges to grow as individuals.

Whether your kiddo is just starting out or already a pro, we’ve got a class for them. From beginner to intermediate your kiddo can learn a variety of sports programs including Soccer, T-Ball, Basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, and more. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the sport and refine their skills in a fun and safe environment, all while interacting with their peers to developing social, problem-solving, and team working skills.
