We’ll explore the latest research on how lifestyle factors can impact brain health, and the link between brain health and mental well-being, including ADHD, Alzheimer’s and dementia .

Hiking is a great way to get exercise, reduce stress, and enjoy the beauty of our world In this class, we’ll take it a step further by using the power of nature to help us heal and grow We’ll learn ways in which hiking can support our whole health (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being), and help us navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and less stress Hikes will be around 3 miles and will be easy to moderate level with rests along the way Meet at the location and time listed below Hiking shoes, snacks, and water are recommended
