Mary Ann Cito
Mary Ann is a true Seasoned Fitness Professional with over 40 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked for the City of Wheat Ridge since the early 80’s .
She offers more than 15 classes each week and her sessions dates for the Winter/Spring Sessions are as follows:
1st session: June 5 – July 13 (6 total classes)*
2nd session: July 17 – August 17 (5 total classes)

Introduction To Pilates
If you want to try Pilates but don’t know where to start, this introductory class is for you! Pilates Reformer

Seniors Pilates Reformer
Practicing Pilates Reformer can improve balance, flexibility, strength, focus, and breath which is why it is such a great exercise for seniors This class is gentle, and every exercise can be modified
