RECYCLING AND GARDEN ORGANICS COLLECTION The 2018 City of Whitehorse calendar features Council’s recycling and garden organics collections. They are collected fortnightly on alternate weeks on the same day as your garbage. Garbage is collected weekly and all collections continue on public holidays. Council’s garden organics is an optional, user pays service that provides collection of garden waste. RENEW COLLECTION AND DROP OFF DAY The Renew kerbside collection provides an annual opportunity for residents to recycle unwanted but useable household goods that might otherwise have been thrown out and ended up in landfill.
