4 Rockhill Road

Breaking ground in 2023, this graceful 4 bedroom, 3,600 sq ft Nantucket Cape offers an expansive first floor owners' suite, two story living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances, farmers porch, two card garage, and distant views of Cape Cod Bay. Situated with the potential for a pool, outdoor kitchen, and offering distant winter views of Cape Cod Bay.

Land on Cape Cod has a heartbeat.

It is a nuanced, tumbled reflection of the wind and ocean and the native flora that has sculpted it for centuries.

At Rockhill, we believe in honoring the flow of the land, the sunrise and moonset, and embracing the ever-evolving view of Cape Cod Bay. Because of this, each home entertains a unique, one-of-a-kind kinship with the lot it sits on.
