Introduction
W
elcome to the 5th Annual Super Doe magazine. Another year another magazine for everyone to list their best does and show them off for the world to see. We appreciate the continued support we receive from the industry and we hope that everyone enjoys the magazine as much as we enjoy publishing it. We would like to express our thanks to everyone who made the Super Doe magazine possible. A Special Thank You to Samuel King with Rocky Top Whitetails for placing his buck, Wildcore, on the front cover. You want to talk about an impressive yearling. WOW! Check him out on the front cover as well as his full page ad to see how you can save on semen out of this up and coming Super sire. Also a Special Thank You to Gist Kinsman Ranch for listing some of their super “Super Does”! These guys have some serious producers and I believe there are many more does on their farms in the North and the South that are great as well. Be sure to check out the does they have listed and call them if you are interested in seeing the rest of their lineup. Why did you receive the Super Doe magazine? We strive to compose the best mailing list in the industry that way everyone receives the magazine that has any interest in it. If you know of anyone that would enjoy this magazine and others related to it be sure to send us their name and address so we can add them to our mailing list. It is absolutely free to join our mailing list. If you would like to be removed from this list let us know. Stay tuned for the Fall Edition breeder buck magazine this Fall. The Fall Edition is a great magazine to list your new and upcoming breeder bucks right after they are done growing. It will be sent to our mailing list of 4,000+ deer farmers, if you have any bucks that you think may be worthy of so much exposure be sure to give us a call. Be sure to take good care of those fawns this Spring, you never know which one of those little guys will be the next SUPER DOE or SUPER SIRE!!!

Pink 12 is Hitman’s Dam, she is Flee’s Green 36 on top of New Image’s dam. A serious pedigree that has proven power and production built all through it. Hitman scored 307”@2 with incredibly long tines and a beautiful look, at 3 he exploded to 362” 31” IS when he was cut in July. Pink 12 was live bred to Bossman again this year and full sisters and brothers to Hitman will be available. Pink 12 continues to provide beautiful sons and powerhouse daughters @ Country View Whitetails. Look for these breedings to be outcrossed to some big names from Texas this up coming year! Pink 12 was named right, because when you have this kind of consistency in a breeding, its easy to have “Faith” in where your program is going!

White 11 is the perfect example of, “If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it!” Because this cross with New Image on top of Sudden Impact simply just gets it done! 2 of the biggest powerhouse sires on top of each other has created a SUPER DOE for us at Country View Whitetails. She was live covered to “Slam Bam” doubling up on BamBam and Tripling up on Green 36! That spells power! Look for these powerful Flees breedings to be mixed in with some great Texas Sires this fall!

Yellow 62 is a young doe that we created with years of consistency and proven production behind her. Theres no doubt she is the next super doe! We’ve stacked Flees Green 36 in this pedigree 3x with big proven deer such as Hitman 362” 31”IS @ 3, Bossman 450”+ 30”IS @4, and of course New Image, the best looking 528” deer ever raised. This girls anchor is a Super Doe in herself with Sudden Impact/Sundowner. White 17 has 2- 300”+ 30”+IS sons @ 2 this past year with the look that every whitetail fanatic loves! As been our focus with our herd moving forward, we have outcrossed this girl to a giant Sudden Express/Hardcore 270”+ Yearling @ Gap Ridge Whitetails. Our main focus over the last couple years and for the future is to continue to bring in Big Texas Names and sires into what we believe is the most powerful northern herd in the country. Don’t let this line off your radar, its going to be knocking down doors here for years to come!

Anchorman’s womb sister! With Anchorman being SCI officially scored @ 384” this year at 2. With 30”/30”/30” and a beam score of over 165” this breeding screams power! She was AI’d to Big Stitch this year and we will continue to put her incredible power underneath some of the best Texas has to offer. Look for embryo’s out of this girl as well this year. Hard to argue with the proven production this line as created, and if your looking for the perfect Northern power to go along with your Texas outcrosses, then this is the girl for you! Not much needs to be said here. This is Bossman’s mommy! Bossman won DBC best mature this year. He’s been consistently over 450” the past 3 years with multiple 17”+ tines! Bossman daughters are producing giant sons, and Bossman sons are incredible. Just look at Hitman! Yellow 7 was live covered to Anchorman this year and we will continue to breed her for daughters and sons because the production is simply just that powerful. Offspring from Yellow 7 will be very limited, but expect Embryo’s this year out of this billboard of a SUPER DOE!

GKR DB-616 is considered to be one of The Top Power Does in the State of Texas! Her pedigree brings production like No other! 616 is Dam to Dream Come True, Super Dream and Red 127 (All 300” breeders). She is also Dam to our new breed buck GKR FURY (Pentagon 727 / DB616). She is also g-dam to GKR Danger’s El Dorado (Danger / Max Dream / DB616)... To say this momma figures strong in our program for the future might be a sure bet! She will continue to get the best we got for years to come! O-312 is another Texas super doe in her own right out of Gonazalez WT’s and O-312 is headed to the TOP! 312 is Dam to Sweet Dreams (413”), g-dam to Great White (400+”, 40+” wide @2), and is the Foundation Doe to Bucks like Sweet Dreams, Rest Easy, Freazy, Agent Money, Double Dream, Dream High, No Justice and G-Normous, and is dam to Texas super does like 616, 618, 888 & 878. We are expecting Hangover fawns out of 616 this summer. Hangover (337 6/8” @2) is the Hottest Voodoo son in Texas and is out of our GKR Blk 858, and it seemed like the thing to do last fall. This fall 616 is scheduled with a date with DANGER! Oh my Goodness, GKR exclusivity at its best! Hey, I’m tired of typing. I could go on and on about DB-616.... Well, here she is... The Great G6. Probably NO other super doe in our GKR pens over the last 8 years has made a bigger impact in our program than The Great G6. Hey, G6 is so powerful, Gulfstream named a private jet aircraft after her! Ok, maybe not! Simply stated... From early in our program’s history, G6 has produced 5 Breed Bucks out of 5 different Sires (Highroller, Renegade, Jim Bowie, Big Ben and her newest yearling son out of G-Hammer) ALL 5 SONS HAVE BEEN BREED BUCKS OR HAVE BEEN SOLD AS BREED BUCKS FOR $20,000! This new yearling G-Hammer / G6 buck should bring the Frame this summer! G6’s most notable son to date, is GKR Houston - a 385” Highroller Son that has made a Pile of Money so far and his first sons are just now yearlings in 2015. Houston’s best days are ahead of him & G6 Does are generally sold soon after they are weaned! G6 was bred with Danger’s Intimidator (330” 3yo massive Danger / Ranger son) in 2014 and is scheduled for a night out with DANGER in 2015! The rest of her days will be filled with Super Sires and lots of publicity and photo-ops... Tell momma to put the new shoes on LayA-Way and Get on the List!

Sssshhhh, the secret is not out yet! Do you know how rare 2 WIDE daughters are? Do you know how they Produce? This new GKR super doe is double bred 2 WIDE with a story of production from top to bottom! W-126’s very first sons were two of our biggest yearling bucks in 2014 out of a Danger son, Lone Star Danger! We call these youngsters... Lone Survivor (180” typ @1) and Lonesome (160” typ @1). So, in Nov of 2014 we bred W-126 to Hangover, arguably the Hottest Voodoo son in Texas! Hangover scored 337 6/8” @2 with a wide open frame that is magnificent! These 2015 Fawns will combine the best of The GKR and The Refuge breeding on top, middle and bottom with just the right amount of Monarch I sandwiched in between, right where you need it! OoooooWeeeee, can you say Big Open Beautiful Frames and Top Shelf Market-ability? In 2015, we may keep with the ‘WIDE THEME’ and make a date for W-126 with Great White or maybe plan an evening with a Classic Crooner like Shadow! Hey, this GKR girl is going places and you might want some of this! Get on the List!

MaxStar was one of our very first direct Maxbo daughter super does. MaxStar’s first 3 sons scored 300+” @3 out of 2 different Sires (Sackcrete & Renegade). MaxStar has produced Jim Bowie (esti 305” @3), Barricade (esti 300” @3) sold for $30,000 and Stockade (esti 305” @3) sold for $25,000. MaxStar gave us a Pentagon 727 son in 2014 that we are Extremely Excited about! We will be pairing MaxStar with the best the industry has to offer in the years to come as she is truly a Texas Slam Dunk - Breed Buck Throwing Machine! So, in 2014 what else could we do but to finally breed her to The Great DANGER in 2014! Danger / MaxStar (Maxbo / Starbuck) fawns in 2015? So what are those babies worth? Hmmm? Hey they may pay a feed bill... Probably not, our feed bill looks like Obama’s National Debt! PS... Oops, I nearly forgot. MaxStar is scheduled for a date with either Express or Easy Does It in 2015! Dreambuck
Here is one of our VERY BEST.... EVER! GKR W-186 is an extremely rare direct Dreambuck daughter out of the great Topsy! Topsy is a Highroller doe built on top of the great 214, a super doe that produced Blue 510 who is Dam to - Max Dream, Kid Dynamite, Dreambo and ATM!! W-186 gave us a Danger son in 2014 and a daughter that was purchased by our dear friends at 3 Nails WT’s. It seemed only natural to give this Power Doe a chance at another Extremely Limited Super Sire, so in 2014 W-186 was bred to Voodoo! Holy Guacamole, Batman. Voodoo / Dreambuck / Topsy fawns? You might want to add one of these to your shopping cart this summer, as this could be the down payment on the the little Johnny’s College Fund! For the future, W-186 is ‘penciled in’ for another Date with a familiar Super Sire she has some history with.... DANGER! Sounds like a GKR Typical Revolution to me! Only found on the GKR... Boom! Get your name on the List! 2014 breeding: Voodoo 2015 breeding: Danger

Danger Voodoo
Can a 2014 Fawn be classified as a ‘Super Doe’? Not sure that is appropriate, but with this pedigree of pure GKR Exclusivity, what are the chances that G-404 will achieve All Star Status? Hey the new and old school super does in this pedigree alone are worth the price of admission! O-2, W-684, PR-202, and anchored by the great G6! Wow! We felt that the only way to have 2016 fawns that rise to momma’s value, was to be very selective in choosing an Extremely Limited Super Sire for her. A Top Notch Breeder that has sustained value in the Texas marketplace and sees the world like we do, choosing quality over quantity everytime was our goal! Our choice was clear. We are breeding G-404 with our good friend Fred Gonzalez’s Extremely Limited Super Sire... Easy Does It. So let’s be clear - The first 2016 GKR Fawns out of G-404 will be out of 4 of the most LIMITED Bloodlines in Texas & found NO WHERE ELSE but the GKR! 2016 Fawns will be... Easy Does It / Danger / Voodoo / Houston’s womb sister. Doc sold a kidney to build this one! (Actually it was Lynn’s Kidney..... MoooWwwHhhAaaaaaaa!) - 2015 breeding: Easy Does It

Danger’s Redemption @1
Danger
Hardcore
The largest and prettiest typical styled yearling frame in 2012 was Danger’s Redemption, who scored 301” @1. When Danger bred GKR O932 a new standard in Typical Framed Breeding had begun in our Industry! Danger’s Redemption is the yearling of our dreams, and his first 2yo sons will surface this summer to wet your appetite ‘All Over Again’! Trust me! Redemption Semen was extremely limited in Texas and Sold Out of 15 straws in 7 Days at a price that started at $7000 and finished at $9000 / straw (All under contract). The Dam to a yearling like this is worth her weight in Gold in our estimation, and we had to load the back of the GKR truck up with Gold to purchase her from our friends at Cougar Ridge! Holy Cow! O932 is a Hardcore Doe out of W6, who is King Kong’s Dam! Hardcore Does are just a gold standard in our industry and hey people are you seeing what King Kong is producing? O932 is one of those rare momma’s that was proven with her very first son. O932 will give us Red Zone fawns in 2015. Red Zone scored 351” @2 that brings a pedigree second to none! So what does the future hold for Redemptions Dam? Hmmmm? Well who has the only viable Danger Semen in the country? Ya well, that was another truck full of Texas Gold that got that deal done ‘back in the day’! Geeeeeze Louieeze! Another breeding with DANGER is scheduled for 2015, as the Legend of O932 just keeps growing! - 2015 breeding: Danger

2015 AI Sire??? Danger?
2015 AI Sire??? Hangover ?
2015 AI Sire??? Masterpiece?
Well here she is.... Oxygen, who is only One of Two direct O2 Daughters, that is also double bred O2! Oxygen brings the very best of The McQuaig Line all together in one little package, which includes Danger, Danger’s Redemption, Hardcore, Maxbo (x2), O2 (x 2), O-932, Blue 37 and W6 (King Kong’s Dam) all positioned right where you need it. Imagine the fawns that will come out of the super doe. No matter what’s on Top, the anchor doe will always be O2 on the fawns! The first fawns out of Oxygen may be among the most power packed fawns on the planet! I’d take that bet. In 2014, we bred Oxygen to the Hottest Voodoo Son on the planet... Hangover who scored 337 6/8”... I sense a new Doe line in the north!! Many are Wondering who has a date with Oxygen in 2015? The question is... should we stack the McQuaig Line 3 times, by Adding Danger back on Oxygen.... or is it time for another ‘outcross’! I get as many opinions as those I ask! Not sure yet, but I have Daddy Yoda McQuaig on speed dial for counsel! So, if you need a world class foundation doe for your future, Give us a call, Make a suggestion of what Sire to use in 2015, ‘Get On The List this year’ & Let’s have some fun, as Oxygen will make you Bank $.... Did I say that right? - 2015 breeding: ???? Masterpiece? Danger? Hangover ?
