I’m a food photographer, but my love of food doesn’t end when I put down my camera. My inspiration comes from new restaurants, ingredients, and from the dynamic food community that I live in every day. I believe natural is better. It’s the way I shoot, and the way I eat. I wasn’t born a foodie, though. I discovered my passion through my photography, working with the most talented people in the culinary world. Two years ago, Who’s Hungry? began as a behind-the-scenes look at life in the studio of a commercial food photographer. Since then, it’s grown to encompass much more, including “The Restaurant Project,” where I satisfy my curiosity about the latest openings by recreating restaurant dishes in my studio. You’ll also find tips about food photography, recipes for my favorite meals, and discussion of interesting food news.
