A Treasurer’s report was presented at this meeting by Treasurer Melissa Jaynes. Melissa deposited $732in February and $80 in clothing. Not much to report this month A Membership report was given by Annie RoseWillis. We have 4 new members, 3 renewals and another reminder to members to renew their memberships again. Motion to accept report by Melissa Jaynes, 2nd by Rich Tomlins Since our Clothing Director was in Florida on a Princess mission, we decided to table this report until the next meeting The 2nd Annual Racewill be held on July 17 starting at 9AM at Forest River Park. There will be a small fee consisting of $2.00.

Tim Short will put out the applications on our website.

Tim Short gave an overview of what we might want to produce as a form. Shari proposed a form to have on the website. She will draft and Melissa Jayneswill also get a sample of something she has seen from AJKing The Salem Park & Rec with the WRCwill sponsor a special Movie Night that will be held during the Salem Wellness Week on Friday, April 16. We will show 2 movies at no cost. The movies will be shown at Winter Island. Some light refreshments will be served The application was finalized and will go online as of March 15.

Tim will send out another update to Club members. There will also be another meeting to discussfurther details on the upcoming June 2oth race. We will have race packets picked up at New England Running Company on Sat., June 19th.

Frosty Four Scholarship A small discussion was made on the FFscholarship. At this time Rich Tomlins, Tim Short a motion was made by Rich Tomlins to increase the scholarships to 4 - $1,000scholarships, the motion was 2nd by Melissa Jaynes. A scholarship meeting with the committee has been set for Thursday, March 18 to resolve any lingering scholarship application questions and also to put out the scholarship on the website as soon as possible.
