Emmegi (UK) Helps Neat Gates Choose Ideal Machinery Package

Quality machines, attention to detail and honest guidance all helped Emmegi (UK) win the contract to supply Neat Gates with the machinery package for its brand-new state of the art factory in Dublin, says the company.

Established last year to manufacture bespoke aluminium gates and railings for both trade and retail customers, Neat Gates is the first of its kind in Ireland, claims the company. It is part of gate automation company The Electro Automation Group, and designs, manufactures and supplies gates with and without automatic entry.

The production team at Neat Gates wanted to work with an established machinery manufacturer and forge a professional partnership which would help them build a reputation from the outset for precision quality products.

They talked to several suppliers but chose Emmegi because of the efforts the team based in Ireland made to really understand Neat’s objectives and recommend a package which suited the factory perfectly.

The package included a Classic Magic twin-head cutting centre, a Phantomatic X4 CNC machining centre, a Lilliput end miller, Copia 384 copy router and a selection of Acca XL tables and trollies.

Keith Finnerty, Neat Gate’s production manager, commented: “We liked the fact that Emmegi gave us honest guidance on what would benefit us most going forward. It was also a big plus for us to get all the machines and the complete software package from one dedicated source, rather than a mish-mash of different products sold under one umbrella.

“As we are targeting trade customers who want profiles prepared to exacting specifications, we felt that our choice of equipment was vital. We’re confident that by investing in high end machines from a supplier like Emmegi we are making a statement about our commitment to quality. We’ve been impressed by the support they have provided on installation and training as well, so we are looking forward to building a partnership which will effectively future proof our business.”

Jim O’Connell, Emmegi (UK)’s sales manager in Ireland added: “When it comes to manufacturing in aluminium, I would argue that the breadth and depth of Emmegi’s product range is pretty much unbeatable. Neat Gates recognised that, and they have already had great feedback from customers on the set up and layout of the factory and the quality and strength of their products.” www.emmegi.com neatgates.com
