Who had an idea to find a way to achieve succes. About young people who are just starting their life and want to make their future path as bright as it is possible. These young people created a project of youth exchange where they could explore various topics connected with self developement and discover new useful tools, that are commonly used on todays market. We also were keen on discovering compelety new proffesions. Which are more and more popular these days.
During these few days of exchange we were using non-formal education methods, such as presentations, meetings with experts, workshops, group work and educational games. All the activities were created by us for us. There were guardians of the workshops, who were moderating these events, who had knowledge and could help us. These were mainly the leaders, but in some activities participants were taking part of moderators.Â
Everyday we were using new technology, social media. Every day we were filming vlogs on various topics, starting with simple introduction, ending on topics connected with self-developement. It was important for us to use this techonology practically. We were also exploring social media. We were creating fanpages with products we created, we were establishing social-media CV on instagram. It was fun and very educative.
What does success mean for us?
The real success
What success means for us? Succes can be small or big. Small success was for example our exchange. We have learned a lot, we completed tasks we created. So what about big success? Big succes is when you achieve your dreams. For Example, for us, people who achieved a big succes and everybody knows them are Neil Armstrong, Nelson Mandela, Einstein, Bill Gates. Big succes means achieving your dreams. But what is even more important is the moment when you complete your dream and you have the new one. Never stop dreaming. Dream opens the door to success.

Why hashtag
Hashtag is popular form of marking a thought, topic in Social media. All the dreams require help of other people. These days a lot of people (approximately 40% of world population) use social media every day. Social media is a medium where we can connect with people, create new boundries. If some of us has an idea for a project, product, initiative, best place to find support are social media. Social media are open, everybody can post his, her thoughts. That is where the magic of social media starts. In social media everybody can speak, everybody will be heard. Everybody can become a star.
Our ways to achieve success.
Meeting with expert During the project we had meeting with Krzysztof Kujawa from ModneRozmowy. He is a Polish professional fashion blogger, influencer, social media expert. During the meeting we discussed various topics connected with working with social media, advertising campaigns in new media. We also got to know many interesting facts about the world of advertisment. World full of celebrities, money and ideas. It was an inspiring expirence!
Workshop Scenario During the meeting we conducted workshops with our expert. This workshops help with creativity and discovering new media. Here is the scenario: What we need? -Big sheets of paper and markers -groups consisted of five people -Smartphone with internet connection Objectives: You have 45 minutes to create: -Your own brand -Instagram account -Logo of the brand -Sketch of Social Campagin -Make one of your friends an influencer on the instagram profile. Let this person advertise the brand! Do a short presentation about it. Discuss your ideas with other teams!

Influencer Influencers are individuals who have the ability to influence and affect the opinions or buying decisions of your target audience because of their authority, knowledge, position or relationship with their audience. Using social media influencers in your marketing is the practice of building relationships with those people who can build relationships for you. An influencer can reach consumers via blogs and social networks, they may have small or large audiences, but the key is that they are reaching people that your brand may not be able to reach. Â Typically before social media influencers were commonly press journalists and industry experts. Now the new breed of influencers are growing stronger and more influential.
Social Media and marketing The latest figures from Hootsuite show that over 3 billion people actively use social media – 40% of the worlds population. So inevitably people will look towards influences in social media to guide them with their decision making. These influencers have built a reputation of knowledge and expertise on a particular topic – they will post regularly on social media channels and will have a large following of engaged people who will listen to their views, create trends and encourage followers to buy.
Types of influencers Celebrities - Influencer marketing grew out of celebrity endorsement – these are the original influencers and they still have a role to play. Industry experts and thought leaders - this set of influencers have gained respect because of their position, qualifications or experience about a topic. These experts include journalists, academics and industry experts. Bloggers, content creators -The term, “blogger,” is a noun derived from the term, “blog”. A blog is an online journal or website with frequently published content. A bloggers shares their ideas, thoughts and writing online.
Micro Influencers- micro influencers are everyday people who have become known for their knowledge about some specialist subject and have gained a sizeable social media following out of that niche.
