AIM OF THE PROJECT

Main topic of the project is to increase practical knowledge about how to be successful in social entrepreneurship and to gain knowledge about corporate social responsibility. Our schedule contained: meetings, debates, workshop sessions, happenings. It was based on non-formal methods of learning. We reached results such as: increase awareness of creativity and entrepreneurship to create ideas for future social business initiatives.


HOW TO BE EXPERIENCED JUST AFTER GRADUATING THE UNIVERSITY? First thing that we need to concern while applying for a job is what our future employer wants from us? Usually they are expecting young and experienced people. How it is possible to meet both of these expectations? The answer is: being a volunteer and taking part in the certificated youth projects, such as Erasmus+ ones. We learned about two available tools, that is confirming our work as a volunteer: - YouthPass Certificate, - EuroPass CV. HOW TO BUILD YOUR OWN BUSINESS? There are five, basic steps, you need to focus on, when you are creating your own business: 1. idea, 2. target group, 3. innovation, 4. creativity, 5. communication.


BUSINESS TOOLS We learned about variety of the business tools, that can be easily used by each of us, such as: - SWOT analysis, - estimating the profits using previous data.

CSR is the concept that companies at the stage of strategy building take into account social interests and environmental protection as well as relations with various stakeholder groups.


HOW TO CREATE AN CSR CAMPAIGN? We created our CSR campaigns according to the target group. To create an campaign we used following steps: - idea of a business, that is answer for the needs of given target group, - what impact we can have on the environment and/or society, - an CSR campaign, that is connected to our business, - create a clear statement, that is showing our idea without additional explanation. We challenged ourselves in both - creating something on our own and communicating clearly only by writing and drawing.
