Normally, both Health Certificate and Vaccinations are no longer required for trip to China, Hong Kong and Macau, unless you travel from or via an infected area. The services of urgent medical departments are available in China. For more information about your health, we suggest you to communicate with the consultive programmer of Foreign Affairs and the international trade of the Government of Canada, http://www.voyage.gc.ca.
Hotel:
All arrangements of lodgings are fixed according to the last confirmation of suppliers local in the hotels of luxury, concerned with the quality of their service and their relationships to their customers. Moreover, certain areas are in full economic advancement and of the building work that may be near the hotel, we are not responsible for any interruption and (or) inconvenience, which you may encounter on all hotels undergo routine maintenance and renovation as a result. Our clients are suggested that certain services can be stopped or not functional during the time of your stay. Wonder Travel can not hold responsible for the losses or damage of the personal goods for its customers in the hotels. We recommend our client to get insurance for your travels, which covers the protecting of their goods and luggage. Mode of lodgings, its situation, its level of comfort and its tourist classification are corresponding to the regulation or of the host country.
Tour cost includes:
A tour fare includes airfares and land fares which are subject to change without notice. Tours are offered as total of land and air packages. Other airline which is not the one that specified in the itineraries is not acceptable. All airfares are based upon round trip economic class. The land fee in China includes: hotels listed in schedule or similar with breakfast, daily meals, sightseeing and the first entrance fee, domestic transportation, tour guide and coach driver’s service. A minimum of 10 passengers is required to qualify for all package tours. We reserve the right to cancel any departure when the group size is less 10 people. Please check all details from our booking department while you make tour package reservation.
Tour cost does not include:
Charges for passports, visas, services tips, travel insurance, meals not specified, optional tours, and all items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone, Internet, beverages, alcoholic drinks and surplus food, additional expenses for the excess luggage. For those clients who only buy the landing part of travel, their date and place of arrival must be correspondents with the programs of Wonder Travel. All the passengers who only buy the landing part should pay the correspondence expenses by themselves and also the expenses for transport between the airport and the hotel at the days of arrival in China and departure from China.
Itinerary and schedule:
The local visits are arranged by our Chinese cooperative agencies, and the group
prices were fixed. Thus, the visits must be paid in group prices, and no individual deviation is authorized. It is possible that the schedule or the routes of local visits are varied, in particular to improve the coordination for all of visitors of the groups. According to the travel plan, each local tour guide will visit the local route detail by detail in different cities. In exceptional circumstance that out of our control or out of the local agency’s control (as example, natural disaster, terrorist acts, strike of transport and others), resulting from a prolongation of the stay, the additional expenses will be entirely defrayed by the clients on the spot. Unused portions of the tour cost are not refundable, including lodging.
Problem Handling:
If you have any queries or problems, please raise them with the management or Tour Company, during your stay. Please do not leave your complaint until your return home! Failure to report your concerns to the appropriate supplier will preclude your right to pursue a claim against us. If the complaint cannot be resolved at the destination, please notify us in writing within 30 days of your return. This contract, regardless of where it is performed, shall be interpreted by the courts in accordance with the laws of Quebec province, to which disputes may be submitted in the event that a mutual agreement cannot be reached. We cannot accept liability for any representations made by hotel employees or suppliers of any kind. No agent or representative of us may waive any provisions of these Terms & Conditions. The invalidity of any provision contained herein shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
Children rates:
For travel on international carries, infants under 2 years of age on date of departure from Canada must purchase an infant ticket, even though a seat is not allocated. If an infant turns two while in destination, a round-trip child fare must be purchased prior to travel. Infants under 6 months may require a doctor’s certificate. Children pay full adult rates on most packages. Please inquire all details at time of booking.
Responsibilities:
Air Ticket :
All of the transport conditions are fixed by the carrier. According to the agreements and International Conventions, the air ticket describes the conveyor limits. The transport conditions are already written in the air ticket, and we suggest you to read them attentively. Your travel documents (paid entirely) will be sent to you at least 8 working days before your departure, on this date, the ticket is 100% nonrefundable. The date changes could be allowed, but the airline-imposed fees and administration fees should be paid by the conveyor. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued and replaced and passenger will have to purchase a new ticket at the applicable fare. Payment of any airport improvement tax levied is the responsibility of the passenger except in some special conditions that are chartered or approved by the national transport Agency. All comments or complaints concerning air transport will be addressed by the concerned conveyor. We reserve the right to substitute the conveyor and the type of aircraft like adding stopovers with or without notice. All the flights on board of Canadian or Chinese conveyor are nonsmokers. It is of your responsibility to confirm with the airline company with your ticket 72 hours before the departure. Please take a note about the time of flight, it is not always possible for the airline company to provide lodging or the meals during this time. Wonder Travel does not assume the responsibility for additional expenses resulting from the changes of flights schedule, or for the wasted time.
Airport Check-In:
Please be at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to the flight departure. The check in usually begins when the whole of the group is gathered. Check-in opens at least three hours prior to the flight (check your ticket for exact time) and closes 45 minutes prior to departure. For security reasons, all passengers must be present for check-in. You will not be allowed to board, nor will you be entitled to a tour refund, if you have not checked in by that time. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight.
Baggage:
On international flights from Canada to Asia, 2 pieces of checked baggage are permitted. Each piece must not exceed 23 kg, and overall dimension of 158 cm. Infants not occupying a seat are allowed one piece of luggage not exceed 23 kg with an overall dimension of no more than 115 cm. Note: On flights in China, luggage is restricted to 1 piece of checked luggage weighing no more than 20 kg. Hand baggage is limited to one piece per passenger. Dimension and weight of the hand baggage varies by carrier-please inquire at time of booking. Excess baggage shall be charged the applicable excess baggage fees. Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage is the responsibility of the airline company. In the event that your baggage is delayed or damaged at your destination or upon your return home, please contact the airline representative before leaving the airport. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim. We cannot assume responsibility for loss of or damage to baggage or other possessions. We recommend you to get insurance for your travels, which covers the baggage insurance.

The suppliers who provide transportations, hotels, and tour services, all are independent parties, and we have no control over their action and cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. The travel services provided are subject to the applicable provincial Travel Industry Acts and Regulations there under and are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers and international conventions and agreements. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, or to property, resulting from any delay, substitution or deficiency of quality of equipment or service, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodation herein, its agents, servants, employees, subcontractors or for any claims for such loss, damage, or injury, whether physical or mental, arising there from, or from any cause that arises by reason of actions of parties other than us. We accept no responsibility for any losses, additional expense, distress, disappointment or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from delays due to mechanical breakdowns, changes in flight, train, steamer or other services, government refusal to issue you a visa, your failure to obtain relevant advice from your booking agent, your health problems or your disabilities existing prior to, arising during or as a result of your travel. All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations in steamship, air or railroad service of the various countries or by other causes. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour announced in this program, substitute hotels, and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found necessary for the convenience of the parties and the proper execution of the tours. Such right is also reserved to decline, to accept or to expel any person as a member of any tour at any time whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group. NOTE: All matters within China are arranged by China Travel Agents. These parties reserve the right to make alterations or adjustments to the arrangements as may be necessary. This includes hotels, meals, tours, transportation services, sightseeing, excursions and show. The right is re-served to make appropriate changes as required and the final schedule, which remains subject to last-minute changes, will be available upon your arrival in the People’s Republic of China. Illness or inconvenience resulting from the services provided or omitted at the destination are outside our reasonable control and we bear no responsibility for such illness or inconvenience. We cannot accept responsibility for the behaviors of other guests/ groups nor the withdrawal of services or facilities due to local cultural and political events or holidays. Your reservation with us confirms that you have read and accepted each and all of the above conditions and limits of responsibility.
