Spring is in full bloom at Woodbridge Golf & Country Club, and with it comes an array of activities and updates that promise to make this April an unforgettable month. Here's what's happening around the club:

Ladies Tennis League: The Final Stretch

Our Ladies Tennis League is nearing its grand finale, and the excitement is palpable. As our teams gear up for the last stretch of home games, we invite everyone to come out and show your support. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, cheer on our athletes, and witness some fantastic tennis. Who knows? You might even get inspired to pick up a racket yourself!

Spring Swing Pickleball Mixer

Mark your calendars for Sunday, April 7th, from 10 AM to 1 PM, because you won't want to miss our Spring Swing Pickleball Mixer! With a registration fee of just $25 for members ($30 for non-members), you'll secure a spot in what promises to be a morning filled with fun, laughter, and, of course, pickleball.

This mixer is designed to welcome players of all skill levels, offering everyone a chance to mingle, enhance their game, and simply enjoy the sport's social aspect. And to make sure you stay refreshed, we’re throwing in two drink tickets per player. Remember, spots are limited to 32 participants, so sign up quickly to secure your place in the fun!

Coming in April — new Tennis Ball Machine

Get ready to improve your swing and practice more efficiently! The Finance Committee has given us the OK to purchase a new tennis ball machine. The new equipment should be arriving any day now. Once it’s here, our members will be able to rent the ball machine on an hourly basis for a nominal fee, which will help the Club pay for the machine purchase.

April is shaping up to be an exciting month at Woodbridge, filled with community, competition, and camaraderie. Whether you're competing, cheering, or just enjoying the club's atmosphere, there's something for everyone. Let’s make the most of this vibrant season together!
