Dear Woodbridge Members,

We hope this message finds you enjoying the many amenities and activities offered here at the Club. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance member experience and streamline operations, we would like to bring to your attention a change in our payment policy that will benefit both the Club and its members.

Effective July 1, the Club will be implementing a 3% credit card processing fee on all transactions paid via credit cards. This decision has been carefully considered in response to the significant fees imposed by credit card companies, ultimately detracting from the resources available for improving Club facilities and services.

However, we understand the importance of providing convenient payment options for our members. To ensure that you can continue to enjoy seamless transactions without incurring additional charges, we encourage you to take advantage of an alternative method: charging expenses directly to your Club account.

Charging expenses to your Club account offers several advantages:

1. Convenience: By charging expenses to your account, you can enjoy a hassle-free payment experience without the need to carry cash or use credit cards for each transaction. Your charges will be conveniently consolidated into a single monthly statement for easy tracking and management.

2. Savings: Unlike credit card transactions, which incur processing fees, charging expenses to your account eliminates the need for these fees, allowing you to maximize your savings while supporting the Club's financial sustainability.

3. Efficiency: Streamlining payments through Club accounts helps us optimize our administrative processes and reduces the burden of credit card reconciliation, allowing us to allocate resources more effectively toward enhancing member services and facilities.

It's important to note that the 3% credit card processing fee will not apply to debit card transactions, providing an alternative payment option for those who prefer to avoid additional charges.
