We are excited to announce the launch of the Woodbridge Member Information Center, now available on the Member Website. This new online resource is designed to provide our members with easy access to a wealth of helpful information, ensuring you maximize your Woodbridge membership.

Think of the Information Center as a Frequently Asked Questions site. The site is broken down into nine main categories — Governance, Bylaws, Membership, Golf, Food & Beverage, Sports Complex, Tennis, Fitness Center and Pool

Quickly find dress code information, key staff contact information and more. Need a refresher on the Club Bylaws? They’re broken down for you here.

Membership

Learn about our policies having to do with membership, including our nanny policy, billing, Troon privileges, domestic partners and the Club’s resignation policy.

Golf

All of the information we provide to members in our orientations is located here, including tee time policies, dress code, golf etiquette and cart etiquette.

Food & Beverage

Can’t remember when your quarter ends? You’ll find the information here, as well as dress code, what qualifies for minimums, hours of operation and more.

Sports Complex, Tennis, Fitness Center & Swim

These sections also go over all of the information we provide in our orientations, including our child policy, hours of operation and pool rules.

How to Access the Member Information Center

Accessing the Member Information Center is simple. Log in with your member credentials on our website, and you’ll see link to the Information Center under the My Club heading on the main menu. If you need assistance with your login details, please let us know. You can also use the QR code to the right to go directly there.

We are thrilled to offer this new resource to our members and believe it will enhance your experience at Woodbridge. We encourage you to explore the Member Information Center and take full advantage of the information and services available.
