BY TARIQ GLENN FITNESS CENTER COORDINATOR
As spring approaches, we’re thrilled to announce a series of updates and events at our Sports Complex this March. Each event and update is designed with our mission in mind: to foster a family-oriented community committed to exceptional service, outstanding recreational facilities, and entertaining social events in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Here’s what’s happening:

As part of the Centennial celebrations this year, we are holding a tennis tournament to name the Centennial Tennis Champion. The tournament will run Sept 27-29 and will include an awards dinner. Mark your calendars and start practicing!
Fitness with Sergio
Our new fitness instructor, Sergio, is back with his energizing classes designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Join his Bootcamp every Wednesday at 10:45am for a dynamic workout that will challenge you, or find your balance and grace in his Barre class on Saturdays at the same time. Sergio’s classes are not just about getting fit— they’re about building a community of health and wellness enthusiasts.
New Bootcamp Class
Did you know spin instructor Luis is a veteran? Starting this month, he will be bringing his training to the classroom with a Boot Fitness Class Fridays at 8:30am. It is a bootcamp style group workout that focuses on strength and training and cardio at the same time.
Gym Hours Update
We’re pleased to announce that starting Mar 11, the gym will resume normal operating hours. You can now plan your workouts from 5am to 9pm on weekdays, and 7am to 7pm on weekends. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, our state-of-the-art fitness center is ready to welcome you back at your preferred times.
Spring Junior Tennis Camp - March 26th to 29th
Introduce your kids to the joy of tennis at our Spring Junior Tennis Camp. From March 26-29, noon to 3pm, Coach Haley will provide a fun and supportive environment for young players to learn the game, develop their skills, and make new friends. It’s a wonderful way for children to stay active, learn valuable life skills, and enjoy some outdoor fun.
A Gentle Reminder on Gym Etiquette
As we all come together to enjoy our facilities, a friendly reminder about gym etiquette. Please ensure you return equipment to its original place after use, clean up after yourself, and avoid interrupting ongoing classes. If you require items from the group exercise room, kindly retrieve them before or after class. These simple acts of consideration go a long way in maintaining a pleasant and efficient environment for all members.
As we march into spring, these updates and events are just the beginning of what promises to be an exhilarating season at the Sports Complex. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself physically, introduce your children to new sports, or simply enjoy the camaraderie of our community, there’s something for everyone this March.
