Not even the fiercest terrains can stop Bayan employees from delivering what is expected of them. These two brave men exemplify such dedication as they took the risk of riding this unique motorcycle in the rocky mountains of Agusan del Sur just to reach a relay station in Barangay Sta. Maria.

The employee’s family is vital to the Bayan community. They are our inspiration, the reason why we work hard. Bayan is a family-friendly workplace, and events such as the traditional Halloween Trick or Treating provides an opportunity for the kids to appreciate the work their parents do for their sake.
