Talk us though the process you take new customers through? Our in-house team of designers will work closely with you to design the project scheme for your property. We offer an initial complimentary consultation, to go through your project brief and provide you with the best suited design package for your requirements. Our team are trained to carry out full measured survey of your property, produce CAD design concept drawings and practical space-planned layouts. A full specification of colours, materials and finishes (CMF) and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) will be devised for your scheme. We can also provide 3D visuals, rendered drawings and mood boards to fully illustrate our design proposals.

What advice would you give to a homebuyer who wants to improve and add value but is stuck for ideas? Our advice would be to ensure that the property is well designed and space planned, maximising and combining functionally and aesthetics. Value can always be added by extending and improving existing areas, ensuring good workmanship throughout the property.

Which aspect of your work gives you the most satisfaction? The part of the job that give us most satisfaction is working from the agreed design concept through to completion. We enjoy working closely with our clients to achieve a finished project that meets with their expectations and beyond.

What kinds of renovation projects do you see becoming more popular in the future? The ongoing need for space in London will prompt further developments on existing buildings such as basement dig-outs, conversions and extensions. Clever design and space planning solutions would need to be considered when creating interior spaces.
