The painting of minute intricacies and the use of delicate and detailed painting techniques are features of these artworks. Closing date for entries is Monday 22nd August 2016. For this exhibition artists are invited to submit artworks that must measure not more than A5 format (148mm x 210mm) or preferably smaller. Oxford Striders Running Club: Scheduled training sessions are held from the club premises in Beach Road, Nahoon each weekday evening at 5.30pm Thursday: Speed or hill sessions Friday: Gentle run down to Nahoon Beach and back to the club, from 5pm. Sunday: 20-35km long runs 5.30am. Vehicle assistance & refreshments every 3km. Our Happy Feet Group (Beginner runners, walkers and those not wanting the pressure of the faster group) meet on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 5.15pm. PARK RUN: 3Silos, Sunrise-OnSea, Stutterheim, King William’s Town and Kidd’s Beach from 8am. Born2Run events: B2R runs are open to all – we welcome runners of all levels. You will be taken on a 10km circular walk past farms and along farm roads. Take the usual goodies with and some money for a hearty breakfast afterwards.
