Back in your veggie garden as busy as ever!!! When planting carrots, beetroot, beans and parsley dig in some bonemeal with your compost and organic fertilizer. This will give these veggies the starting boost they need. Home-grown veggies are delicious and make you so good. So, plant successive crops every few weeks and know you can keep up with your families salad demands this summer. Just keep your dogs out, bonemeal is like ice-cream for dogs. Put little sticks in between rows of bush beans so they don’t get battered in our wind. Young beetroot leaves are fun to add to salads.
