With Michelin-starred Executive Chef Mikael Öster and his highly decorated team, the restaurant experience is in focus when you visit Dalen Hotel. The ambitions are to deliver dining experiences out of the ordinary. In line with the hotel’s history and founding, the menu is French inspired with the use of Norwegian and locally produced ingredients. You’ll be served wonderful signature menus. The dining room is preserved in historical condition and is mentioned as one of Dalen Hotel’s most important sights by the Norwegian National Heritage Board. It’s classically styled with white tablecloths and candles and the team at your service wears white gloves and bow tie. There’s also the option of chambre séparée.
