Enye by Chele Gonzalez, is an authentic Spanish restaurant curated by Chele Gonzalez, serving authentic and contemporary Spanish cuisine focused on the different diversities of food in Spain, largely based on Chele Gozalez’ heritage and comfort food. The traditional menu holds comfort food, the chef’s favorite tapas, family heirloom recipes and classic Spanish favorite dishes while the Chef’s creation features a modern approach to Spanish cuisine, influenced by the global culinary trends and at the same time integrating the resort and the Chef’s advocacy of using fresh local ingredients. The restaurant features a wine cellar, charcuterie room and show-kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy the experience from preparation to table service. Enye by Chele Gonzalez is located at the lobby level of Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan and is open daily for dinner from 6:00pm to 10:30pm.
